They've been conducting stratospheric injections for decades (daily here in the Pacific Northwest), with verified toxins like aluminum, strontium, barium, titanium, aerosolized polymers/graphene and more recently, sulphuric acid - all at nanoparticle level. These are used to poison our air, water, soil, plants, animals and lungs (and brains), AND to enhance the use of electromagnetic weaponry (like 5G, 6G, 10G, HAARP), etc. Bees are dying from it. Birds are ding from it. The constant EMF's are disrupting Schumann's Resonance that the wildlife use. The only insects seemingly benefiting are mosquitoes, who are able with the chemical coating, to endure diminished temperatures and last into colder seasons and still impact humans. Civilian contractors are involved in addition to the military and commercial aircraft used. We are at war and our government is killing us.
I was one of the first sets of students to had taken studies on NEPA and making of environmental impact statements at SUNY-CESF. I have the references somewhere, but back in 2018 as part of a speech I gave during a national convention I asked a question. In the late 1970’s there was a proposal (I seem to recall it was from the US Senate) to enter into an agreement with the UN for a requirement for new major changes in global economy to undergo a global impacts review. This current move to the buzz of net zero, no oil or gas production, chimeric plant foods and animals all seem to qualify. So why is such a review being ignored? Worse yet, there is the deliberate dismissal of it in STEM program indoctrination. There is no discussion at any level of that education from K-12 of the Precautionary Principle. In NEPA it was also the take no action alternative till we learn more, much much more.
