I saw the announcement they were doing this in my backyard. I am going to be looking up at the sky and taking notes. Not sure what to look for though. But today I noticed lots of wispy clouds that didn't look like the normal plane geo engineering we usually get. Going to take photos and perhaps go down to Alameda to check it out.
Scientists are completely bought on the Sea Level Rise crap too. Lots of grants to study how it affects this, that, and the other.... it's all about getting funding and grants and then writing papers and going to conferences.
